Policies

•  Our Number 1 Rule:  Do not infringe on the rights and enjoyment of our other guests. Or we will talk to you and remind you of rule one.
• Absolutely, positively, no chance of pets accompanying you are your vacation, here at Clearview (stuffed animals however are accepted).
• Guests are absolutely not permitted to have or use fireworks on our property.
• Booking/deposit: Please remember that returning guests have until March 1st to reconfirm their cottage for the upcoming year. To reconfirm or book all that is required is a simple, phone call, email or even Facebook message. Once we received that you are booked in and we ask that you follow up with your deposit for the requested booking. Please make sure you contact us prior to March 1st to reconfirm. We will always do our best to look after you, however, after March 1st we can not guarantee that your previous booking will be available, and as much as we would like to we can not contact all our wonderful guests to ask if they will be joining us again this year. 
• Please do not exceed the number of people per cottage, this is a health and safety risk.
• The maximum people allowed in our fishing boats are 4, ensure that you do not exceed this number. As well, make sure you carry the proper safety equipment provided at all times, when using our boats.  We are not responsible for any tickets you may incur.  
• Accommodation and charges are to be paid at the end of your stay.
• Participation in any activities or use of equipment is at your own risk, and we will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of such.
• Everyone must be registered with us, including any day visitors, to ensure the safety and security of our guests.  Please register at the front office.
• Each cottage has designated parking.  Any additional cars will have to park in front of the store.
• Enjoy the time with your family and friends, and please please we ask that you create wonderful, memorable experiences full of fun and laughter.
