All of our cottages have full bathrooms and full kitchens with all the equipment. Paper products, kitchen and bath linens are NOT provided. There is a double bed in each bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room complete with bedding. Every cottage has an automatic propane furnace, as well as a screened porch, picnic table and full-size gas BBQ.
ONE BEDROOM
We have 4 one bedroom cottage #2, #3, #14, and #19. Each cottage has a double bed and a pull-out couch. Additional fee will be added for the third and fourth guest if they are over the age of ten. Therefore, these cottages hold a maximum of four people, infants and children included.
TWO BEDROOM
We have 11 two bedroom cottages, #1, #4, #8, #9, #11, #12, #15, #16, #20, #22 and #23. Each cottage has two double beds and a pull-out couch. Additional fee will be added for the fifth and sixth guest if they are over the age of ten. Therefore, these cottages hold a maximum of 6 people, infants and children included.
THREE BEDROOM
We have 6 three bedroom cottages, #5, #6, #7, #10, #18 and #21. Each cottage has three double beds and a pull-out couch. Additional fee will be added for the seventh and eighth guest if they are over the age of ten. Therefore, these cottages hold a maximum of 8 people, infants and children included.

FOUR BEDROOM
We have 1 four bedroom cottage, #17. This cottage has four double beds and a pull-out couch. Additional fee will be added for the ninth and tenth guest if they are over the age of ten. Therefore, these cottages hold a maximum of 10 people, infants and children included.

2025 COTTAGE RATE SCHEDULE
There is a premium for ALL waterfront cottages
A deposit of $800.00 per cottage per week, or $300.00 per cottage for less than a week, is required with reservation requests. A deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is received 90 days before arrival date for a weekly reservation or 60 days for less than a week, less a $50.00 administration fee. For cancellations occurring less than 90 days for a weekly booking and 60 days for a short term booking, the deposit will not be refunded. A cottage cancellation occurring less than 21 days prior to arrival will require the outstanding balance be paid in full, if we are unable to fill the vacancy. Should the vacancy be filled, no additional payment is required. The new occupant will have the first right to reserve the cottage for the following year. For group bookings of 5 or more cottages, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Prices in Canadian funds. HST extra.

Extra Persons: 1 or 2 additional persons may be accommodated per cottage which is their maximum capacity, the rate being $100.00 per person per week or $25.00 per person per day.
Bedding is provided -- towels and paper products are not included. Full size gas BBQ is provided at each cottage. Folding lawn chairs are recommended.
All reservations during our summer season, starting Saturday, June 25th until Saturday, September 3, are on a weekly basis only, from Saturday until Saturday.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. We ask that you respect the check-in time as we need to ensure proper sanitation measures are in place. All guests and visitors please register at the office upon arrival.
